Love, Connection, and Coaching as a Practice

Hello everyone,

It’s February, and we are approaching Valentine’s Day. Here in Northern California, many of the trees and bushes are bare and dormant. When the earth goes quiet, we celebrate love!

What part of you comes up to be loved when you get quiet?

What quiet moment can you use to practice loving yourself?

Love,

Tara

The AOA Reunion is coming!

This year will be the third edition of our annual community retreat. Since 2022, we have been gathering in person for a weekend of in-person work and community, and this year's theme is: How to create the relationship you want to have with money.

Joe, Tara, our facilitators, and other alumni from AOA will be coming together from May 23 to May 26, 2024 at the beautiful Asilomar Conference Center, near Monterey, CA.

This retreat is reserved for folks who have done our more intense online and in-person programs (like the Master Class or the Great Decisions Course).

Eligible alumni will receive an invitation when enrollment opens later this month.

Here is what I felt myself grateful for this morning: Cold airMy daughter’s college application processMy familyLinen sheetsTearsMy clients, old and newMy time in Southern California...

Hi everyone! It’s autumn here in Northern California. The trees are putting on a firework display of color in preparation for dropping their leaves. I love this time of year. The natural world seems to beckon us to think about what no longer serves us, to celebrate it, and to drop it (with panache!). Many people come to us having been on a path of self-improvement. I view self-improvement a little bit differently. I don’t think you need to be ‘improved’. There is not some perfect you that you...
